A coaching partnership where the client can discuss, discover and develop a plan that will lead them to their ultimate goal – standing in their greatness! Some areas of focus include:

  • Personal Development: Discover your life purpose. What is missing from your life? What does it mean for you to be alive?

  • Work Transition: Create the career you want by identifying your unique qualities and values and then stretching yourself out of your comfort zone.

  • Relationships: Clearly define the attributes that are important for you to have a healthy and dynamic relationship. Discover how to approach individuals in your work and business relationships and create a stronger foundation and alliance.

Couples Coaching

This is an opportunity for couples to strengthen their relationship and create goals to help them grow individually and as partners.

Workshops

A perfect opportunity to work in a group environment and collaborate with individuals toward a common goal.

Motivational Speaker

What real or imaginary walls or beliefs are keeping you, your organization or your relationship from standing in its greatness? By discussing everyday issues, I invite individuals to look at their current situation and question what's not working and encourage them to be curious and open to new perspectives.

Coaching Sessions

To see change and allow new habits and positive transformations to emerge is an investment in you. Packages start with a minimum 3 month (six sessions) commitment. Coaching sessions can take place via telephone, Google Phone, Skype or person-to-person if schedules allow.

  • INDIVIDUAL Sessions: $115.00 per session

Package Sessions will take place TWICE a MONTH for 45 minutes each

  • 3 MONTH PACKAGE: $180.00 a month / $90.00 per session

  • 6 MONTH PACKAGE: $150.00 a month / $75.00 per session

  • 9+ MONTH PACKAGE: $120.00 a month / $60.00 per session
